Basic Vegetarian Rice

Make a tone and keep it in the fridge to use all week.

Because you can

throw it in soup.

Put it underneath anything

warm it up and eat it alone with some soy sauce.

Rice in the dride has saved me every time i run in the door and see hungry children waiting to be fed.

2 cups uncooked long grain rice

4 cups vegetable broth

1 tsp Spike Seasoning

1/2 tsp Nautre’s Seasoning.

Cook rice in vegetable  broh per package directions, adding spices to the liquid.

For herb rice add 1 tablesppon chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon fines herbs or 1 tablespoon fresh basil.
