Breafast Burrito with Nonfat Ingredients

Burrito and Nonfat

My kind of breakfast.

There isn’t anyone who wouldn’t love this breakfast burrito, unless of course they have taste ( that’s the taste buds). This, my friends is a great, hearty all-in-one meal. Throw on some Salsa and you’ve got a premenstrual dream going on. I eat this anytime of the day or night because if it’s got salt and spices in it, I’m there.

12 egg whites, beaten until frothy

Oil

1/2 cup nonfat sour cream

1/2 cup refried beans

4 nonfat flour tortillas, burrito size

2 tbsp. chopped cilantro

1 cup salsa

Scramble egg white in a non-stick pan lightly coated with oil. Combine eggs with sour cream and cheese.

Combine eggs with sour cream and cheese.

Spread beans on each tortilla. Sprinkle with cilantro. Spoon egg mixture on top, in the center of tortilla. Fold in sides and roll up each tortilla.

Microwave for 30 seconds. Put salsa on top and sprinkle with remaining cilantro. Serve with extra salsa and nonfat sour cream on the side.
